Aims
Proventive Solutions has two aims:
1. To promote the idea of Organisational Health
through the promotion of the concept of Organizational Health, and
ways organisations can achieve this.
2. To provide services to improve Organisational Health through:
> The improvement of organisational productivity; and
> Employee well-being.
Means
Proventive Solutions uses a range of means to address both immediate issues (symptoms) and their underlying causes.
The concepts and methodologies are "cutting edge" aimed to improve organisational, process, and role productivity, and develop team and employee well-being (e.g team and personal growth).

Proventive Solutions respects the work of the internationally renowned theorist in conflict, professor John Wear Burton.
The term "Proventive" is drawn from a word coined by John Burton, "provention", which is the removal of conflict causes and the promotion of environments conducive of collaborative relationships: A term combining the meaning of the words prevention and promotion.
