Proventive Solutions provides a range of approaches to assist
employees in transition or conflict. These include:
Conflict Coaching which involves working with an individual
over how they might manage situations they face, including
conflicts. Examples include:
> Transition to a new job (e.g promotion) where an employee
experiences difficulties adjusting as it involves new capabilities
and personal discomfort (i.e intrapersonal conflict) as they
adjust, and possibly conflict with others.
> Decision making style that is causing, or
likely to cause, conflict or work problems.
Collaborative Problem Solving or Conflict Resolution which
involves working with parties involved in an existing or
anticipated issue, grievance, or conflict to reach workable
solutions.
